This week has been Spring Break for Madison. This means we can take little "field trips" during the day and get to be off schedule a little.
Tuesday was Eater Egg Dying. It was a lot of fun. I HAD to do it during Lillian's nap for my sanity. The older girls had a good time. We used the clear crayon and colored crayons. The eggs turned out really well.
This week we had a play date with Madison's classmate and did a little Easter Egg hunt. The girls had a great time, but Lillian would not let me put her down... so no pictures.
On Wednesday (daddy's "family day") we went out to sushi for supper. It was something totally unexpected and random. The girls had a blast eating "gross" things and using chopsticks. Hannah was really good at the chopsticks and had great form. Madison eventually got the hang of it.
Thursday Madison and Hannah had their first teeth cleaning. They both were PERFECT for the dentist and never complained. They laughed when the "scary noise tools" (as I call them!!!) were on and cleaning. Yes, LAUGHED!
Later on in the day we headed to "Earth Day" at Ft. Detrick. They had lots of exhibits to let kids see things recyclable and earth friendly. They even had animals. Bugs, Spiders, SNAKES, Chinchillas, Scorpions, Birds. The list could keep going. There was also the fire truck (which my girls are very familiar with).
Today is the last day of Spring Break and daddy has the day off. We will see what ensues. :o)

You are such a great mom!! Where in the world do you find the time with three kids and a husband and be so creative. I envy you. Thanks again for inviting us to earth day again. Gracie told her Nana about holding the snakes and the one in Madison's hair. Hope you guys had a great trip today.
