Mom's Day

Wednesday was "Mom's Day" at school. The moms were welcome to stay in the class and just spend the afternoon letting the pre-schoolers "spoil" the mom.
They had games to play, pots to paint, donuts, coffee, juice and ENERGY! Madison was excited for me to see the tadpoles and butterflies. Most of the moms had already seen all this, but I am THAT mom who stays in the hallway and kisses my kiddos goodbye and sends them into the class alone. Yes, THAT mom. However, to my defence none of my girls really care if I come in or not. Does that make them secure or me just a bad mom?!?!?!? I will go with secure! :o)
Time with Madison was great. She seemed to smile more than I have seen in a while. We had some fun with the camera in the classroom and I would dare say... she is a mini-me! YIKES!
Happy Mom's Day to me... #5. Man... I am getting OLD! ;o)
