She's Off!

Madison headed out for her first FULL day of school ever. The bus picked her up around 0730 and she gets dropped off around 1630!!!This morning she was ready to go. She was dressed (she did it all, tying of the shoes and all), teeth brushed and breakfast eaten before I could even ask her to do any of it. I am so proud of her.
This year felt different putting her on the bus. I still had the knot in my throat, but her confidence and tenacity were over powering the need for mommy to cry. What a young lady she is turning into.
