First Day of 1st and 3rd Grade

Happy first day of school to my two big girls!

Today Madison starts the 3rd grade. 

Today Hannah starts the 1st grade.

It was the first year I did not get to do the "picking of the outfits." Each girl spent a good thirty minutes (yes, you read that correctly) in their respective rooms contemplating what would be the cutest combination for the first day's outfit. "Not too fancy, but not too casual!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? When did my little girls grow up? Mommy did get the final approval of the outfits, and might I add they were very spot on for their personalities and fitting for their activity levels.

Madison is still the protector!

Once in a while you get a glimpse of them looking alike... here is one of those quick glimpses!

 I am so proud of our two big girls. May God bless them this year as they start an exciting new adventure at a new school with new friends, new teachers and a new grade level. May they learn more and more each day to trust HIM and look to HIM in pray as we have taught and encouraged them to do in all things.
